2000V stone stock silicone cement

Introduction of product:
    Chenhua2000V stone stock silicone cement is a mono-component, middle modulus, neutral solidification silicone cement with good whether-resistance and aging-resistance. It is widely used in the water-proofing construction materials without pollution and silicon oil’s pervasion . So it has been regarded as a perfect product in construction.

Characteristic of product:
1.       can be used directly at -10°C－40°C , having good adhesive to most construction materials;
2.       neutral solidified with no causticity to the surface of the materials adhere with it;
3.       good weather resistance ,aging resistance and temperature resistance, performing well at -50°C－150°C
4.       good resistance to joint displacement <±12.5%
5.       no silicone-pervasion to porosity construction materials as granite,marble
6.       standard: GB/T14683 ASTM C 920  ASTM C 510

Usage of product:
1.       weather-resistant air-proof in stone stock materials
2.       the adherence and airproof of non-mobility joint between concrete stone stock
3.       the airproof ,adherence and mending between glass and stone stock
4.       the adherence and airproof of concrete elastic joints in tunnel engineering and highway engineering;
5.       the adherence and airproof of tile, ceramics and so on.

Method of application
    firstly clean surface of joint with toluene or acetone, keep it dry, then tie the low-viscosity adhesive tape on the section needed protection,  after that , seal the joint with the glue from sizing machine.

suggestions for safe usage
    The product has modicum poisonous elements. It will stimulate somewhat eyes, skins and respiration system when it has been inspired. If the product have been solidified, poison will disappear. Because some combustible gases maybe blend when the product is used, it is indispensable to keep the workshop ventilative. In construction goggles and working gloves are required and smoking is forbidden. Keep the product out of the reach of children. If eyes get contacted by the product foam, flush the eyes with clean water or follow the suggestions of doctors before any actions taken. If skin get contacted , flush by clean water or soap. Read the instruction of the product carefully before use it. We will not answer for any loss if the product isn’t used properly according to our instructions. Keep the product out of the directly sunlight. Put it shady and cool place under 27°C. Forbid any fire and combustible. Do not put the jar in the cab or luggage.

limitations: can not be used under the conditions as follows:
1   structural galss equipment；
2    the surface of the material subject to changing color by ketoxime seal
3    the surface of the material dipped or wet for long time
4   the surface of the materials which contain grease or exude grease
5   the place over-rubbed
6   mix with EPDM,APTK and NEOPRENE

Storage methods
   stored under dry,  ventilative ,< 27°C , <50% relative humidity  ,shelf life is 9 months
