2000S plastic steel  silicone cement

 Introduction of product:
Chenhua2000S plastic steel silicone cement is a mono-component, middle modulus, neutral solidification silicone cement. It is made by special ingredients and is very glutinous to plastic steel which has overcome the flaws of other cement of this kind. It meets the installation of doors and windows made of plastic steel cement .

Characteristic of product:

100%silicone cement; having good glutinosity with most construction materials, surface drying in 30 minutes; getting maximal intensity in 7 days; super weather-resistance, good resistance to ultraviolet radiation, ozone, air pollution, humidity, storm and high or low temperature; good endurance, no cracking-off, no fissures, no seasoning check at –40 °C----+120°C after sodification. Easily used , monocomponent ,no need mixture

Usage of product
    widely used in plastic steel ,ceramics, concrete , cement component, aluminum alloy, and most other plastic material.

Method of application
firstly clean surface of joint with toluene or acetone, keep it dry, then tie the low-viscosity adhesive tape on the section needed protection,  after that , seal the joint with the glue from sizing machine.

Limitations
can not be used under the conditions as follows:
1、structural galss equipment；
2、the surface of the material subject to changing color by ketoxime seal
3、the surface of the material dipped or wet for long time
4、joint movement more than±25%；
5、joint easily  broke   
6、aquarium
7、material that can effuse grease and plasticizer
8、surface  temperature of the material  more than  40°C
9、perforating  fireproofing sealing system

Storage methods
stored under dry, ventilative ,< 27°C , <50% relative humidity  ,shelf life is 9 months

Package:  NET 250ml , 300 ml  plastic tube 。
